  Unkempt building and landscaping. No receptionist. Son's haircut was mediocre at best. Asked for layers and didn't get. No shaping or blending. Bruno cut and left the cut pieces in son's hair. It was so bad, I had to stop on the way home and buy a brush and a towel in order to get the loose hair off his head and neck. For the cost of the cut, I expected much better service. Lesson learned.
